Kathmandu, September 1 – The orientation program for Glory Teen and Kid's Talents concluded successfully on Saturday, the 15th of Bhadra, at Brainland Academy in Sukedhara Nilopul. Organized by Glory Media, the event marked the beginning of a unique talent competition focused on holistic development beyond just beauty pageantry. During the orientation, Glory Media Chairman, Saroj Ojha, emphasized that the participants will receive comprehensive training in various disciplines, including personality development, confidence building, modeling, television program management, and camera-facing techniques. The training will span over 20 days, totaling 18 hours of intensive instruction. Ojha highlighted, "This is not just another beauty pageant. It’s a platform that prepares contestants for the production of television programs, engaging both children and adults. Our goal is to create a child-friendly competition, different from other shows." Several expert trainers participated in the orientation program.

Vilash Khatri, Hospitality Expert and Learning and Development Manager at Hyatt Regency, provided insights into hospitality, International choreographer Rojin Shakya and IT expert Chiranjibi Adhikari, General Secretary of the Computer Association of Nepal, discussed the skills and training to be imparted to the contestants. Additionally, Devil Singh Rajput, CEO of Global Online Pay, addressed the mechanics of the voting system for the competition. The orientation saw active participation from parents and contestants, who took the opportunity to ask questions about the program's structure and benefits.

Glory Media, known for producing a variety of children’s programs and mega-events on Nepal Television, announced that the competition would feature a special event to celebrate National Children’s Day 2081. The participants, ranging in age from 7 to 18 years, will compete in a talent round on Bhadra 29th (National Children’s Day). The grand finale will follow shortly after. The competition offers cash prizes for the winners, with the champion receiving NPR 25,000, the first runner-up taking home NPR 15,000, and the second runner-up earning NPR 10,000. Additionally, the winners will get the chance to host a special episode of a fortnightly awareness program aired by Glory Media on NTV News, Wednesdays at 9:15 PM.
